Our Portrait Innovations experience...

This picture kinda sums it up. Not ONE picture of Brynn smiling. My goal was to get her 9 month portrait done because Anna had one done at 9 months and I wanted to have them framed side by side. Well no such luck on a winning picture. While we did get some sweet ones, I was hoping for her cheek-to-cheek-show-my-bottom-two-teeth grin.

This is the closest she got to smiling!
She mostly had this "I'm scared out of my wits!" look to her...Sweet girl, maybe next time.

Brynn's first cloth diaper- a Happy heiny one-size pocket diaper.

An exciting adventure into cloth diapering!

Thanks to this inspiring mama, http://morelimabeans.blogspot.com, who's a friend of Emily, I've gotten the courage to attempt cloth diapers on Brynn (and some on Anna, too!). These pics are of one I'm testing for a work-at-home mom who is making cloth diapers. So far I like the all-in-ones and pockets. I also like the one-size diapers b/c they can fit both Brynn and Anna, and I think it'll help Anna with her potty training. More pics to come of these super cute diapers!
Make a caption for this photo!

Summer vacation!
The all-american blue-eyed boy
Waiting for the golf cart parade

Anna loved watching the parade

She and Braxton liked the treats tossed

Sean liked snuggling!

The boys wanted to teach Brynn how to play with her exersaucer...the RIGHT way!
This bike was a huge hit, unfortunately 2 year olds just don't grasp the concept of sharing yet so the bike had to go to time out for a while.
Anna looked SO big on this bike. I felt like I was watching a 6 year old riding a bike.

We're back from a great vacation to Bald Head with my family. Anna had a blast at the beach and the pool (she even went down a water slide!) and Brynn was a real trooper going everywhere and sometimes missing her 2 hour morning naps. They loved interacting with Braxton and Sean, and although Anna tended to be the "tattler" of the crew, we chalked it up to her being the most verbal of them all so she was just translating. There were many lessons of sharing, being gentle, using inside voices, and marching instead of running. The weather cooperated as well with sunny days and warm nights.
More pics to follow!
